How To Make Amazingly Tasty Burger Patties
A burger is only as good as its ingredients, and the most important ingredient is arguably the patty. Making hamburger patties isn’t rocket science, but there are a couple of things you have to get right.
First of all, to make a great burger patty you have to start with great beef. That’s why we use selected cuts of fresh, high-quality beef. We also add a little bit of pure beef fat to the blend, to make the patties more tasty and juicy.
Secondly, you have to prepare your burger patties somehow. There are many ways to cook hamburger patties: over charcoal, on a grill, griddle or pan etc. While each method has its advantages, nothing gives the patties as great a crust as smashing them on a very hot griddle. And a great crust equals more flavor.
